Personal name Gyaltsen Phunjo. Born about 1863. Was monk Shape or Kalšn Lama from 1924 to 1935 but was degraded to the rank of Khenchen. Is addressed as Kuchar Khenchen. Supervised the repairs to Samye Monastery in 1935-36. Holds no post at present [1938].
