Tsarong Se. Personal name Dudul Namgyal (George). Born 1919. Only son of Tsarong Dzasa. Was at St. Joseph's College, Darjeeling, from 1935 to 1940. Was made a Kan-dršn in March, 1941. Has been under instructions in Wireless Telegraphy at the British Mission since 13th February, 1944. Promoted to the 4th rank and appointed an Assistant to the Trapchi office.
