Sekshing-pa. A lay official of the 5th rank. Personal name Tsering Namgyal. Born 1877. Formerly Dzong-pšn of Lhe Dzong in Eastern Tibet. Made a Mi-pšn (City Magistrate in Lhasa) in 1936. Degraded for inefficiency in 1941, and has not yet been given a post [1945, 1949].
