Other Information - Biography: This is the son of Changngopa Rinzin Dorje (also known as Ringang who was one of four Tibetan boys sent to England in 1914 to attend Rugby school). In the late 1940's, Dorje Tseten was a minor official in the Tibetan government. [KC 3/7/2006]
