Other Information - Description: [Extract from taped interview, Richard Blurton and Mrs Hopkinson] 'Gyantse monastery - this looks as if it had been taken at the display of the Kigo because these were all monks in the foreground and the drum and the cymbals, and there's a little table with sacred objects, and the Kigo would come here you see [on path before monks]. Photographer has [his] back to the Kigo, which is behind him. Monastery in background, Kumbum in lower left' [MS 01/07/2006]
