Other Information - Dates

Other Information - Dates: The contact print for this image is one of a group of four images showing torma, a bat and a distant view of Drepung. These were probably taken in 1936-38 as there are some images taken using the Zeiss Super Ikonta with decorated edges that are clearly datable to this time and these images seem to relate to the kind of subjects that Richardson was then taking. All have been printed out on Agfa Lupex paper, which is relatively unusual in Richardson's collection [MS 22/12/2005]
