Dancer/actors and a musician in a street with puddles, possibly near the Dekyi Lingka. The actor/dancer in the middle is wearing the mask of a bearded man and possibly represents the yak herder. He is holding a wooden stick with some yak hair at the end of it. Either side of him there are pairs of dancers representing yaks with shaggy coats and yak-head masks with horns. There is a man behind them playing a hand-held drum.
