Other Information - Setting

Other Information - Setting: Bell's Diary entry for 12th May 1921, in which he describes completing on that day all three of the religious circuits in Lhasa:"I have now been round all three Circles, the "Inner Circle" (Nang-khor) [ inside the Tsuk Lha-khang - performed on this day ], "Intermediate Circle" (Par-khor), and "Park Circle" (Ling-khor). But in the case of the Park Circle I have ridden round it, not walked as a Buddhist must do, if he is to gain religious merit." [Vol X., p.52]
