Dancers and musicians in the grounds of Palkhor Chode Monastery in Gyantse. Gyantse dzong can be seen in the background on top of the steep hill in the right of the image. Probably taken during the end of year ceremonies as the figure of Hashang, with an oversized head mask, can be seen seated in the extreme right of the frame
