The roof tops of Lhasa taken from the east. The Potala is on the right and Chakpori on the left in the background. The golden roof of the Jokhang can be seen in the centre with one of the prayer flag poles of the Barkhor. In the foreground there is an insense burner (bsang khang) on a ledge.
