Notes on print/mount - "310" written in pencil in the top right hand corner on the reverse of the image. Also, "Taken at the children's party, April, 1940. Rather sweet I think. Clothes of silk and many colours" in blue ink in Stauton's hand. The same in black ink and in capitals is written underneath it. [KC 7/11/2005]

Other Information - Setting: According to T. the child 3rd from left is Tsonam Pemo (T's mother's elder sister) and the child 2nd from right is Tsarong's daughter, Tsering Drolma. [KC 7/11/2005]
