Appliquéd wall hanging of the Buddha in the monastery in Gyantse. The main images of the Buddha are surrounded by flowers, guardian deities and animals. The main Buddha image on the left has his hands in the earth witnessing posture, the one on the right in the teaching posture. At the base of the hanging is a thick seating cushion and two low wooden tables.
