Other Information

Technical Information - This lantern slide seems to have been made as a contact print from H.30/1998.285.30. Although it is related to another image in Bell's List of Illustrations [H.85] this is not in the PRM collection and must be a copy of H.30 as the lantern slide is an exact copy of the central part of the image of 1998.285.30.

Manual Catalogues -

Manual Catalogues - Bell's List of Illustrations entry: "[No. of chapter] 1. [Subject of Chapter] Sikkim. [Subject of illustration] H85 (aw) Rai Bahadur Achuk Tsering. [Remarks] L.9 (D.L)"

Notes on print/mount - '18' has been marked on the surround in blue-black ink. This slide seems to have been used as slide 18 in a lantern lecture titled 'The Dalai Lama' [MS 19/8/2004]
