Other Information - Dates: Because of the snowfall on the hill, this photograph was probably taken in the latter stages of Nepean's time in Lhasa, towards the end of November or early December. Nepean left Lhasa, with Chapman, on December 14th, although Chapman subsequently returned [MS 30/07/2006]
